Your hormones are not just numbers on a lab report.

They carry a message. Estrogen speaks the story of your life experiences and how we navigate through them. Progesterone holds space with unconditional love. Testosterone carries the language of action and empowerment. When you learn to read what your hormones are saying, you understand your body differently, and you support it differently too. "Hormones are not just about levels. They're about rhythm, timing, and destination." — Elena Marr, ND,

What's Inside

This guide walks you through fifteen chapters built from two teaching sessions with Elena Marr and Dr. Greg Hyde.  Inside, you will learn:  • The biochemistry behind your hormones, explained in plain language, including why "fat is our internal soap" for detoxification • Why daily dosing may not match how your body actually works, and how the moon cycle relates to hormone rhythm • What estrogen means as the language of your life experience, including its connection to histamine and to the racing mind • What progesterone means as the language of unconditional love, and how it relates to all of your other hormones, causing either excess or deficiency • What testosterone means as the language of empowerment, and its role in intimacy, bone marrow, and insulin resistance • How oxidative stress affects copper, zinc and other minerals impacting estrogen, testosterone, and the aromatase enzyme • How hormones relate to reproduction, bonding, postpartum experience, and the immune system • Herbs and remedies traditionally used for hormone balance, organized so you can choose what fits your body • Nutrition and foundational support, including a look at leaky gut and emotional boundaries through the lens of silica "No hormone is a soloist. Balancing hormones is like tuning a symphony." — Dr. Greg Hyde, MD, PhD

Who This Guide is For

This guide is for you if you sense that a single hormone number never told the whole story. It is for you if you want to understand estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone as more than a chart, and if you are ready to look at the emotional and mineral language underneath your hormone health. It is written for women and men who want a holistic, integrative way to understand their bodies, grounded in both physiology and meaning.

About the Authors

Elena Marr is a naturopathic doctor who has spent more than ten years listening to women's hormones energetically, through sound. Her work uncovers information that cannot be reached through saliva or blood testing alone: the emotional and energetic meaning carried by each hormone, and how these hormones interact with one another, before menopause and after. Dr. Greg Hyde is a board-certified ear, nose, and throat physician who came to hormone medicine almost thirty years ago, by way of an unexpected door. Female patients were coming to him with headaches and presumed thyroid problems. As he worked with them, it became clear that hormone imbalance was the true source of what they were experiencing. That question led him into hundreds of hours of continuing education and a path of study he still considers incomplete. Together, Elena Marr and Dr. Greg Hyde bridge two ways of listening to the body: the energetic and emotional meaning behind a hormone, and its precise biochemical mechanism.

We are more beautiful and perfect than we think we are. We really are. Love your mess. — Elena Marr, ND, Sonic Alignment Practitioner, and Dr. Greg Hyde, MD, PhD
